Assistant Registrar (Academic & Administration) – 1 Post

Qualification: B.Com. with minimum 6 years experience in Finance and Accounts in an Autonomous Research Institute/Public Sector Undertaking/University/Govt. Department in the scale of pay of 6500-10500, in a supervisory capacity OR CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) with two years experience in an Autonomous Research Institute/Public Sector Undertaking/ University/Govt. Department or in a reputed private organization in a supervisory capacity.
Assistant Librarian – 1 post (unreserved)
Scale of pay: Rs.8000-13500
Qualification:Bachelor’s degree preferably in Science, with Post-graduate Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation with 3-5 years experience in a modern, preferably automated library. Knowledge of comprehensive software packages for management of modern technical library is desirable.

Scale of pay: Rs. 6500-10500
Qualification:Bachelor’s degree and Diploma/adequate operating knowledge in computer applications/Office Management. Knowledge of English Shorthand and Typing speed of 120 and 50 w.p.m. respectively. Knowledge of Hindi typing is desirable. Five Years experience as Stenographer or Personal Assistant in the Pay Scale of Rs.5000-8000 or higher in Autonomous Bodies/PSUs/ Educational/Research Institutes/Universities/Govt etc.

Qualification:Degree from a recognized University preferably in Science and B
Bachelor’s degree in Library Science
Minimum 2 years experience in a Library/Computerization of a library in Autonomous Research Institution/University/Public Sector Undertaking. Experience of working in a modern, preferably automated environment is essential. Experience in handling library management software desirable.

Scale of pay: Rs. 5000 – 8000
Qualification:B.Com with Five years’ experience in Accounts and Audit in University/ Autonomous Research Institution/ Educational institution/ Public Sector Undertaking or reputed private organizations, etc. Should have knowledge of handling day to day financial activities of the Institute. Experience of maintaining accounts in a computerized environment and functions like pay roll management, budgeting, maintenance of cash/bank book etc desirable.
Office Assistant (Multi-skill) – 1 Post (unreserved)
Scale of pay: Rs. 4500 – 7000
Qualification:Bachelors degree with Two years’ experience in general administrative functions and/or purchase and stores functions etc in University/ Autonomous Research Institution/Educational institution/ reputed private organization, Government etc. Should have knowledge of handling day to day functions relating to administration/stores and purchase, security, housekeeping, etc. The candidate should also possess knowledge of computer applications for routine operations.
