Applications are invited from male Indian citizens who fulfill the eligibility conditions for filling up the following posts in the SASHASTRA SEEMA BAL.
- Inspector (Telecom) : 01 post(Gen-1)
Pay Scale : PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs.4600
Qualification: B.E. (Electronics)
Or
M.Sc. in Physics with Electronics or Telecommunication Or
B.Sc. (Physics, Math. & Chemistry) with 3 years diploma in Electronics Or Telecommunication from a recognized Govt. institute - Sub-Inspector (Telecom) : 12 posts(Gen-3, SC-2, ST-2, OBC-5)
Pay Scale : Degree in Electronics
Or Telecommunication Or Science with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognized University Or Institute Or equivalent - Sub-Inspector (Pioneer) : 08 posts(Gen-2, SC-2, ST-2, OBC-2)
Pay Scale : PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs.4200
Qualification:i) Should have passed 10+2 (With science subjects) or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University.
ii)Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institution - ASI (Telecom) : 13 posts(Gen-4, SC-7, ST-1, OBC-1)
Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2800
Qualification: Matric with Diploma in Electronics Or Telecommunication from an Institution recognized by the State Government or equivalent;
or
10+2 Or Intermediate with aggregate marks of fifty percent with selective subject being Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized Board or Institution or equivalent. - Head-Constable (Electrician) : 01 post(Gen-1)
Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2400
Qualification: i)10+2 or Matric or equivalent from a recognized board.
ii) Certificate/Diploma in the trade of Electrician from a Govt. recognized Institution/ Industrial Training Institutes - Head-Constable (Workshop) : 33 posts(Gen-19, SC-6, ST-1, OBC-7)
Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2400
Qualification: i)Matriculation with Diploma in Automobile Engineering or two years certificate in National Trade of Mechanic Motor Vehicle from a recognized Industrial Training Institute or Institution under the Crafts- man training scheme of the Ministry of Labour.
ii) Two years experience in authorised Garage desirable
iii) Must possess valid driving license for heavy vehicles. - Head-Constable (Telecomm) : 346 posts(Gen-129, SC-71, ST-42, OBC-104)
Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2400
Qualification: Matric or equivalent with two years I.T.I. Certificate in Electronics
Or
Intermediate/ 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognized board or institution or equivalent - ASI (Lab. Technician) : 27 posts(Gen-14, SC-4, ST-2, OBC-7)
Pay Scale: PB-1 Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2800
Qualification: i) Matriculation with Science as a subject or equivalent and;
ii) Diploma or certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology granted by an Institution of the Central or State Govt. or an Institution recognized by the Central or State Govt. and;
iii) Not less than 2 years experience in Laboratory work at an institution recognized by the Central or State Govt - ASI (Pharmacist) : 18 posts(SC-4, ST-3, OBC-11)
Pay Scale: PB-1 Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2800
Qualification: i) Matriculation or equivalent.
ii) Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy granted by an Institution of the Central & State Govt. or an Institution recognized by the Central or State Govt.
iii) Should be registered as a “Pharmacist” under the Pharmacy Act, 1948. - ASI (Steno) : 09 posts(ST-9)
Pay Scale: PB-1 Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2800
Qualification: i)Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination or Intermediate or equivalent examination of a recognized Board/ University
Or
Matriculation with three years “Diploma in Secretarial Practice or Modern Office Practice or Commercial Practice from a recognized Board of Technical Education.
ii)Should have basic Knowledge in computer application.
Application Fee: Rs. 50/- (Rupees fifty only)-Non-refundable for candidates belonging to General and OBC categories. They shall attach the Crossed/Non-refundable Bank Draft or Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Commandant, 25th (SSB) Bn. Ghitorni, New Delhi (Payable at New Delhi). No fee will be charged from SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen.
