- Deputy Librarian: 1 Post (UR)
Pay Band: Rs. 15600-39100/- (PB-3) + Grade Pay Rs. 7600/- and allowances as admissible
Qualification: Master’s degree in Library Science/Information Science/ Documentation with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade. - Assistant Registrar: 2 Posts (UR)
Pay Band: Rs. 15600-39100/- (PB-3) + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- and allowances as admissible
Qualification: A Master Degree in an appropriate branch or equivalent OR a graduate having qualified Subordinate Accounts Services (SAS) or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. - Asst Executive Engineer (Civil and Electrical): 2 Posts (Unreserved)
Pay Band: Rs.15600-39100/- (PB-3) + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- and allowances as admissible
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil /Electrical Engineering or its equivalent with at least 6 years experience in the execution and supervision of a large Civil/ Electrical Works , Building construction etc as Asst Engineer. - Private Secretary: 2 Posts (UR)
Pay Band: Rs. 9300-34800/- (PB-2) + Grade Pay Rs. 4800/- and allowances as admissible
Qualification: Smart graduates with an excellent command of the English Language and Computer knowledge. The Candidate should be able to handle correspondence independently and would have to co-ordinate with all Departments /Schools and activities of the Institute. - Senior Library Information Assistant: 2 Posts (UR)
Pay Band: Rs. 9300-34800/- (PB-2) + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- and allowances as admissible
Qualification: (i) Master’s Degree in Library Science after obtaining a degree or its equivalent in General/Technical Education (ii) At least 2 years’ in a Library of repute. - Junior Superintendent (Academic /Administration/Accounts): 5 Posts (4-UR & 1 OBC)
Pay Band: Rs. 9300-34800/- (PB-2) + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- and allowances as admissible.
Qualification: A Master’s Degree in appropriate discipline with one year experience OR Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent with at least 5 years of working experience. - Junior Technician: 3 Posts (UR)
Pay Band: Rs. 5200-20200/- (PB-1) + Grade Pay Rs. 2000/- and allowances as admissible
Qualification: Diploma in Engineering of three years duration in the field of Civil / Computer / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering OR Senior/Higher Secondary Pass with ITI pass in first division and 5 years relevant experience in Industry. - Junior Assistant: 3 Posts (UR)
Pay Band: Rs. 5200-20200/- (PB-1) + Grade Pay Rs. 2000/- and allowances as admissible.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (10+2+3 pattern), computer key depression speed equivalent to 60 WPM, proficiency in Office applications like Words, Excel, Power Points etc.
Application Fee: Demand draft of Rs.200/- drawn on Schedule Bank in favor of “IIT BHUBANESWAR” payable at Bhubaneswar. SC/ST and Physically Handicapped candidates are exempt from payment of any application fee. The candidates should write their name and post applied for on the backside of the demand draft.
