The newly established Central University of Kerala intends to fill up the following teaching and administrative posts on deputation/lien from Universities/Colleges/Research Institutions, initially for a period of one year for the following teaching and non-teaching positions:
- Assistant Professor : 5 posts
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100, Grade Pay-5400
Qualification: Persons holding the regular post of Assistant Professor. - Associate Professor : 4 posts

Qualification: Persons holding the post of Associate Professor or Asst. Professor (Sr. Grade) with five years of continuous service. - Professor : 2 posts
Pay Scale: Rs.37400-67000, Grade Pay-10000
Qualification: Persons holding the post of Professor or Associate Professor with five years of continuous service. - Assistant Registrar : 1 post
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100, Grade Pay-5400
Qualification: Persons holding the post of Assistant Registrar or Section Officer having at least Graduation with five years of continuous service. - Section Officer : 1 post
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800, Grade Pay-4200
Qualification: Persons holding the post of Section Officer or Assistants having Graduation with five years of continuous service. - Assistant : 1 post
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800, Grade Pay-4200
Qualification: Persons holding the post of Assistant or UDC with five years of continuous service. - Personal Assistant : 1 post

Qualification: Persons holding the post of Personal Assistants or Stenographer Gr.III with five years of continuous service. - Assistant Librarian : 1 post
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100, Grade Pay-6000
Qualification: Persons holding the post of Asst. Librarian in a University/College having UGC qualification or Senior Professional Assistant in a University/College with five years of continuous service. - Junior Professional Asst. : 1 post
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200, Grade Pay-2800
Qualification: Persons holding the post of Junior Professional Assistant in a University/College or as Library Attendant having B.LISc degree with five years of continuous service. - Library Attendant : 2 posts
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200, Grade Pay-1800
Qualification: Persons holding the post of Library Attendant in a University/College on regular basis.
Persons with utmost sincerity and commitment in building up a new institution may apply in the prescribed format to the Officer on Special Duty (Adm), along with processing fee of Rs.300/- (for teaching positions)/Rs.200/- (for administrative positions) (SC/ST candidates exempted) in the form of DD drawn in favour of Central University of Kerala payable at Kasaragod.
