Applications are invited from Indian citizens for the following posts:-
1. Deputy Director – 1 Post
Essential Qualification/Experience: Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech) in food processing (like fruits & vegetable, milk, meat etc.). 5 years’ post-qualification experience of which at least 2 years in executive capacity in implementing/ operating/ maintaining/ quality control etc. of units in the given field and conversant with use of computer and related software.
2. Deputy Director – 1 Post
Essential Qualification/Experience: Bachelor’s degree with MBA (2-years’ full time/3-years’ part-time) with specialization in Finance or Post Graduation in Commerce/ Banking or Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant. 5 years’ post-qualification experience of which at least 2 years in executive capacity in finance, accounts, costing, taxation, risk assessment, resource management and allied functions in a bank/financial / developmental institution, and also conversant with use of computer and related software.
3. Asstt. Director – 5 Posts
Essential Qualification/Experience: Bachelor’s degree with MBA/(2-years’ full time/3-years’ part-time) with specialization in Finance/ Marketing or Post-Graduation in Economics/ Commerce/ Statistics/ Agri-business/Rural Management/ Cooperative Management/ Banking/Insurance, or Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant. 2 years’ post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, audit, project appraisal, project financing, monitoring, evaluation and allied functions in a bank/ financial/ developmental institution, and also conversant with use of computer and related software.
4. Commercial Artist - 1 Post
Essential Qualification/Experience: Essential: Diploma in Commercial Art/Fine Arts from a recognized University /Institution. 5 years experience as Commercial Artist/as Artist in Fine Arts in Publicity Department of Central Govt./State Govt./Semi Govt. organization/Public Undertaking and reputed advertising agencies. Desirable: Knowledge of photography/Computer Graphic
5. Programme Officer – 6 Posts
Essential Qualification/Experience: Essential: Degree of a recognized University with not less than 50% marks (relaxable upto 45% in the case of SC/ST and departmental candidates). Desirable: Diploma in Cooperation. Experience of working in State/Central Govt./ Semi Govt. Organizations / Coop. Organizations.
6. Junior Engineer (Electrical) – 1 Post
Essential Qualification/Experience: Essential: (i) Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution. (ii) Field experience of 3 years in the case of degree holders and 5 years in the case of diploma holders.
7. Accounts Assistant – 2 Post
Essential Qualification/Experience: Degree of a recognized University with 5 years experience as Accounts Clerk or comparable status.
