Walk-in-interview will be held on 29th December 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at this Centre for the following 06 temporary position during XI Plan period up to March 2012 and also one RA or SRF under APEDA funded project based on the availability of suitable candidate for one year or co-terminus with the project, whichever is earlier.
1. RESEARCH ASSOCIATE (RA) – 4 Posts
Qualifications: Essential: Ph.d or M.V.Sc/M.Sc with first Div. or equivalent Grade points with at least two years of research experience in veterinary/Biochemistry/Bio technology / Chemistry / Food Tech. Desirable: Ph D or MVSc in LPT, Meat or poultry Techn/Vety. Public Health / Vety. Path /LPM/ Animal Nutrition Computer usage & Prepared for field work For ITMU- Knowledge in IPR, Patenting or Marketing /Business development is desirable.
2. SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (SRF) – 2 Posts
Qualifications: Essential: M.V.Sc., in any discipline preferable LPT/VPH/Path/ LPM/ Animal Nutrition. Also relaxable to Master’s degree in Microbiology /Biochemistry/ Food Tech/Chemistry. Desirable: Computer usage and prepared for field work.
