1. Statistical Officer in the Directorate of Heath Services, General State Service, Group-B – 2 Posts
Pay: Rs.9300-34800+Grade Pay Rs.4400 plus other admissible allowances as per prevalent rules.[Total Emolument

Qualification: Candidates must possess – (i)Master’s degree in Statistics, Biometry, Econometrics or Mathematical Economics OR (ii) Master’s degree in Mathematics or Economics with at least two papers in Statistics, Econometrics or Mathematical Economics OR (iii) Master’s degree in Mathematics or Economics with a post-graduate diploma in Statistics of Indian Statistical Institute / Indian Agriculture statistics Research Institute or any other Institute recognised by the Govt. Preference will be given to candidates holding the diploma in Health Statistics of All India Institute of Hygiene & Public Health, Calcutta or a diploma or a certificate in Demography from international Institute of Population Science, Bombay or an equivalent qualification & also to those possessing experience in statistical work in the field of Health.
2. Assistant Controller of Rationing, Group-B – 1 Post
Pay: Rs.9300-34800+Grade Pay Rs. 4400/- plus other admissible allowances as per prevalent rules.[Total Emolument Approx.Rs.21509/-p.m.]
Qualification: Candidates must possess – (i) A Bachelor’s degree or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto, AND (ii) Adequate knowledge of Marathi.
3. Chemist, Maharashtra Mining Service, Group-B, in the Directorate of Geology and Mining – 1 Post
Pay: Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay-Rs.4400/- plus other admissible allowances as per prevalent rules.[Total Emolument Approx. Rs.21509/-p.m.]
Qualification: Candidates must possess – (i) A post graduate degree in Chemistry preferably in Inorganic Chemistry or any other qualification declared by Government to be equivalent thereto. Preference may be given to candidates who have experience of analysis of minerals, ores and rocks.
4. Senior Geologist, Maharashtra Groundwater Services, in the Directorate of Groundwater Surveys and Development Agency, Group – A – 6 Posts
Pay: Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay-Rs.5500/- plus other admissible allowances as per prevalent rules.[Total Emolument Approx. Rs.33127/-p.m.]
Qualification: Candidates must possess – (i) A Post-graduate Degree in Geology or Applied Geology of a recognised University OR the Diploma in Geology or Applied Geology from the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad or any other recognised equivalent qualifications. AND THEREAFTER (ii) Have practical experience in hydrogeological work comprising of regional hydrogeological surveys in sedimentary metamorphic and volcanic terrains, exploratory drilling and testing of acquifers and problems related to well hydraulics, for a period of seven years (five years in the case of candidates with the first class post graduate degree or diploma). Provided that preference may be given to those who in addition – (i) have previous experience in a responsible capacity in any institution doing field work in hydrogeology and who have carried out or supervised independent filed mapping prospecting and surveying; or (ii) have published papers in any branch of Geology or Applied Geology; or
(iii) have secured a Dectorate in Geology or Applied Geology with practical experience of Hydrogeological field work.
5. Junior Geologist, Maharashtra Groundwater Services, in the Directorate of Groundwater Surveys and Development Agency, Group–B – 24 Posts
Pay: Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay-Rs.4500/- plus other admissible allowances as per prevalent rules.[Total Emolument

Qualification: Candidates must possess – (i) A Master’s degree in Geology or Applied Geology OR (ii) A diploma in Geology or Applied Geology of the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad or any other qualifications declared by Government to be equivalent thereto.
6. Deputy Engineer (Mechanical), Maharashtra Groundwater Services, in the Directorate of Groundwater Surveys and Development Agency, Group – A – 1 Post
Pay: Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay-Rs.5400/- plus other admissible allowances as per prevalent rules.[Total Emolument Approx. Rs.32970/-p.m.]
Qualification: Candidates must possess – (i) A degree in Mechanical or Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or Automobile Engineering or an equivalent qualification of a recognised University AND THEREAFTER (ii) Experience in handling internal combustion engines, Air Compressors, light and heavy duty vehicles, drilling rigs
or related machinery in a Govt. Dept., Undertaking or Industrial Organisation for a period of not less than three years. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in office administration or controlling of field staff.
