1. Dy. General Managers - 3 Posts
Pay Scale: 29100-54500
Educational Qualification: Graduate with professional qualification of CA/ICWA.
Experience: Should have minimum 11 years of post qualification experience, out of which at least 02 years in the grade of Rs. 24900-50500(IDA) or equivalent pay band of CDA ( with Grade pay Rs. 6600) in the field of Construction Management, Corporate Accounts, Treasury, Risk Management, Contractual payments, Establishment, costing, Provident Fund, taxation, Internal Audit etc.. In case of candidates from private industry the applicants should have completed minimum 11 years of post qualification relevant service apart from comparable CTC.
2. Managers – 4 Posts
Pay Scale: 24900-50500
Educational Qualification: Graduate with professional qualification of CA/ICWA.
Experience: Should have minimum 7 years of post qualification experience, out of which, at least 02 years in the grade of Rs. 20600-46500(IDA) or equivalent pay band of CDA (with Grade Pay Rs.5400) in the field of Construction Management, Corporate Accounts, Treasury, Risk Management, Contractual payments, Establishment, costing, Provident Fund, taxation, Internal Audit etc.. In case of candidates from private industry the applicants should have completed minimum 07 years of relevant service apart from comparable CTC.
3. Assistant Managers – 4 Posts
Pay Scale: 20600-46500
Educational Qualification: Graduate with professional qualification of CA/ICWA.
Experience: Should have minimum 3 years of post qualification experience out of which, at least 02 years in the grade of Rs. 16400-40500(IDA) or equivalent pay band of CDA (with Grade Pay Rs. 4200) in accounts, taxation, banking, Investments, financial Management, Project Costing, Contractor and third party payments. In case of candidates from private industry the applicants should have completed minimum 03 years of relevant service apart from comparable CTC.
4. Jr. Managers – 6 posts
Pay Scale: 16400-40500
Educational Qualification: Graduate with professional qualification of CA/ICWA.
Experience: Fresh qualified candidates can apply. Experience preferable.
