1. Director/Gen Manager (Manufacturing)
Qualification: BE-BTech(Mech) First class, desirable MTech/ME Production Engg with 15 years experience in the production of aerospace/high precision components involving precision machining, fabrication, welding, heat/surface treatment.
2. Gen Manager/Dy. Gen Manager (Administration)
Qualification: Degree with MBA (Pers. Mgmt/Industrial Relations), preferably with additional Legal qualification with minimum of 15 years experience in general administration in Executive Cadre in reputed mfg. companies.
3. Engineers
Qualification: BE-BTech (Mech) First class having hands on experience of 3 years in aerospace/high precision components mfg Companies in the following areas: EBW(5 years for Diploma (Mech) / QA(Mech)/Design/PPC/Machine Shop.
4. Supervisors
Qualification: Diploma (Mech) First class with 5 years experience in the following area: Machine Shop/CAM/Surface Treatment.
5. Technicians
Qualification: ITI First class with 2 years experience in the following areas: Turner/Machinist/Fitter.
