Applications are invited from male Indian nationals for recruitment to the post of Yantriks, Naviks (General Duty) and Naviks (Domestic Branch) in the Indian Coast Guard, an Armed Force of the Union.
1. Yantriks
Education Qualification: Matriculate and Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical /Electronics/ Aeronautical Engineering.
Age: Born between 01 July 88 and 30 June 92. (Upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC./ST and 3 years for OBC candidates).
Physical Standard: Height 157 cms, Weight Proportionate to Height Eye sight 6/12 and 6/24.
2. Naviks (General Duty)
Education Qualification: 12th class in 10+2+3 scheme or equivalent having PCM in 12th.
Age: Born between 01 July 88 and 30 June 92. (Upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC./ST and 3 years for OBC candidates).
Physical Standard: Height 157 cms , Weight Proportionate to height, Eye sight 6/6 and 6/9 without glasses.
3. Naviks (Domestics Branch)
Education Qualification: 10th Standard pass.
Age: Born between 01 October 88 and 30 Sept. 92. (Upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates).
Physical Standard: Height 157 cms, Weight Proportionate to height, Eye sight 6/18 and 6/36.
