1. Deputy Controllers of Explosives in Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO) (Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion, Ministry of Commerce and Industry) - 10 Posts
Qualifications: Essential: Degree in Chemical Engineering / Technology from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent. OR Master’s Degree in Chemistry from a recognized University or equivalent.
Experience: Three years’ experience in Chemical works or in manufacture and handling of explosives and/or in compressed gases and/or refining of petroleum.
Desirable: Doctorate Degree in any branch of Chemistry or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering/Technology from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent.
2.Senior Scientific Officers, Grade – I(Metallurgy) in DGQA (Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence, Defence Quality Assurance Service) - 3 Posts
Qualifications: Essential: Master’s Degree in Physics /Chemistry or Degree in Metallurgy from a recognized University or equivalent.
Experience: Four years’ practical experience in Quality Assurance/ Development/Production in the relevant field.
Desirable: i)Doctorate Degree in Physics/Chemistry or Master’s Degree in Metallurgy. ii)Knowledge of German, French, Russian, Japanese or Chinese language.
3. Senior Scientific Officer, Grade –I(Military Explosives) in DGQA (Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence, Defence Quality Assurance Service) – 1 Post
Qualifications: Essential: Master’s Degree in Chemistry or Degree in Chemical Engineering/Technology from a recognized University or equivalent.
Experience: Four years’ Practical experience in Quality Assurance / Development / Production in the relevant field.
Desirable: i) Doctorate Degree in Science (Organic/Inorganic/Physical Chemistry) or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering/Technology. ii)Knowledge of German, French, Russian, Japanese or Chinese language.
4. Senior Scientific Officer, Grade –I(Instrumentation) in DGQA (Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence, Defence Quality Assurance Service) – 1 Post
Qualifications: Essential: Master’s Degree in Electronics /Applied Physics/Physics/Opto Electronics or B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics/Instrumentation from a recognized University or equivalent.
Experience: Four years’ practical experience in Production/Development/Quality Assurance in the relevant field.
Desirable: i)Doctorate Degree in Electronics /Applied Physics / Physics / Opto Electronics or Master’s Degree (M.E./M. Tech) in Electronics/Instrumentation from a recognized University or equivalent. ii) Knowledge of German, French, Russian, Japanese or Chinese language.
5. Senior Scientific Officers, Grade – II(Metallurgy) in DGQA (Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence, Defence Quality Assurance Service) – 5 Posts
Qualifications: Essential: Master’s Degree in Physics/Chemistry or Degree in Metallurgy from a recognized University or equivalent.
Experience: Two years’ practical experience in Production / Development / Quality Assurance in the relevant field.

6. Junior Scientific Officers(Electrical) in Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance (Ministry of Defence, Civilian in Defence Service) – 3 Posts
Qualifications: Essential: Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
Desirable: Two years’ experience in Quality Assurance or Inspection or Production or Development in areas of discipline related to aircraft and its accessories.
7. Junior Scientific Officer(Mechanical)in Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance (Ministry of Defence, Civilian in Defence Service) – 1 Post
Qualifications: Essential: Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
Desirable: Two years’ experience in Quality Assurance or Inspection or Production or Development in areas of discipline related to aircraft and its accessories.
8. Assistant Professors (Plastic Surgery) (Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Health Service(Teaching Specialist Sub-Cadre)) – 6 Posts
Qualifications: Essential: i)An MBBS qualification recognized by Medical Council of India included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational Qualifications included in Part II of Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in Sub-section(3) of Section 13 of the IMC Act, 1956. ii) Post-Graduate Degree qualification in the concerned Super-speciality i.e. M.Ch.(Plastic Surgery) or Speciality Board of Plastic Surgery(USA).
Experience: Three years’ teaching experience as Tutor / Demonstrator/Registrar /Senior Resident in the concerned super-speciality in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first post-graduate degree.
9. Assistant Professors (Urology) (Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Health Service(Teaching Specialist Sub-Cadre)) - 2 Posts
Qualifications: Essential: i) Same as in Item No.8 at EQ(i) above. ii) Post –graduate Degree qualification in the concerned Super-speciality i.e. M.Ch.(Urology), or Speciality Board of Urology(USA).
10. Assistant Professors (Neuro-Surgery) (Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Health Service(Teaching Specialist Sub-Cadre)) - 2 Posts
Qualifications: Essential: i)Same as in Item No.8 at EQ(i) above. ii)Post –graduate Degree qualification in the concerned Super-speciality i.e. M.Ch.(Neuro-Surgery) or Speciality Board of Neurological Surgery(USA).
11. Specialist, Grade-II(Ophthalmology) (Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Central Health Service, Non-Teaching Specialist Sub-Cadre) – 1 Post
Qualifications: Essential: i)A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational Qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in Sub-section(3) of Section 13 of the IMC Act, 1956. ii) Post-graduate degree qualification in the concerned Speciality i.e. M.S.(Ophthalmology), MD(Ophthalmology), Speciality Board of the Ophthalmology(USA) or PG Diploma i.e. D.O./D.O.M.S.
Experience: Three years’ experience in the concerned Speciality after obtaining Post-graduate Degree qualification or five years’ experience after obtaining the Post-graduate diploma.
12. Assistant Director of Census Operations(Technical) in the Office of the Registrar General, India (Ministry of Home Affairs) – 1 Post
Qualifications: Essential: Master’s degree in Statistics or Operation Research or Mathematics(with Statistics) or Economics(with Statistics) or Commerce (with Statistics) or Anthropology or Sociology of a recognized University or equivalent.
Desirable: i)Second Class Master’s degree in Statistics or Operation Research or Mathematics(with Statistics) or Economics(with Statistics) or Commerce(with Statistics) or Anthropology or Sociology of a recognized University or equivalent. ii)Three years’ experience in collection, compilation, tabulation and analysis of Statistical data.
13. Director General in Geological Survey of India (Ministry of Mines) – 1 Post
Qualifications: Essential: Degree in Master of Science in Geological Science or Master of Science(Technology) Geology or Master of Science in Geology or Integrated Master of Science in Applied Geology or Master of Technology(Geo Exploration) or Master of Technology(Engineering Geology) or Master of Science(Marine Geology) or Master of Science(Earth Science and Resource Management) or Master of Science in Oceanography and Coastal Areas Studies or Master of Science in Petroleum Geo-sciences course or Master of Science in Geo-chemistry from a recognized University.
Experience: Twenty years’ experience in mineral exploration or geological mapping or marine geology including research and development in the fields specified above of which ten years shall be in a supervisory capacity.
14. Driller-in-charge in the Central Ground Water Board (Ministry of Water Resources) - 6 Posts
Qualifications: Essential: A- i)Degree in Drilling / Mining / Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering / Petroleum Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent ; and ii)One year’s experience in operation and maintenance of drilling rigs. OR B-i)Diploma in Drilling/Mining/Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Petroleum Engineering from a recognized University or Institution or equivalent ; and ii) Five years’ experience in operation and maintenance of drilling rigs.
15. Senior Lecturer(Community Medicine) in the Government Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh (Department of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh Administration) - 1 Post
Qualifications: Essential: i)A Basic University or equivalent qualification included in any one of the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956) and must be registered in a State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register. ii)M.D (Social and Preventive Medicine)/MD(Community Medicine) from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent.
Experience: Three years’ teaching experience in the concerned speciality after acquiring post-graduate qualification as Lecturer/Registrar/Senior Resident/Demonstrator/Tutor in a recognized Medical College/Teaching Institution.
16. Lecturers(Automobile Engineering) in Government Polytechnics under Directorate of Training & Technical Education (Govt. of NCT of Delhi) – 7 Posts
