Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, an Institute of National importance, is looking for a suitable person for the following positions in the Institute:
1. DEPUTY LIBRARIAN - 1 Post
Qualification: i). Master’s degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale and consistently good academic record. ii). 8 years experience as an Assistant University Librarian / Librarian of a reputed Institute. iii). Evidence of innovative library services, published work and professional commitment.
Pay Band: [PB-3] Rs. 15600 – 39100 + AGP Rs. 8,000/-
Age: Preferably between 40 – 50 years.
2. ASSISTANT WORKSHOP SUPERINTENDENT – 1 Post
Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 7 years of experience, preferably in Industry, Workshop, etc.
Pay Band : [PB-2] Rs. 9300 – 34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-
Age: Not exceeding 35 years.
