Applications are invited for appointment to the following posts from eligible candidates.
1. Deputy Registrar - 1 Post
Pay: Rs.15600 – 39100 + GP 6600
Qualifications: (i) A Master’s degree with atleast 55% of Marks /B grade of the UGC seven point scale. (ii) A relaxation of 5% of Marks shall be given to SC/ST & physically challenged. (iii) Five years experience as Assistant Registrar or its equivalent cadre in the institutions of higher learning.
Age: Should not have completed 45 years.
2. Assistant Registrar - 2 Posts
Pay: Rs.15600 – 39100 + GP 5400
Qualifications: (i) A Master’s degree with atleast 55% of Marks /B grade of the UGC seven point scale. (ii) 3 years of Academic / 5 years as administrative experience in the Superintendent cadre or its equivalent cadre in the institutions of higher learning.
Age: Should not have completed 45 years.
3. Personal Assistant to Vice – Chancellor - 1 Post
Pay: Rs.15600 – 39100 + GP 5400
Qualifications: (i) Any Master’s degree (55% or B grade) of the UGC seven point scale. (ii) PG Diploma in Computer Applications. (iii) Shorthand –Tamil and English-Higher Grade will be preferable.(iv) Administrative experience for not less than five years .
Age: Should not have completed 45 years.
4. Superintendent - 4 Posts
Pay: Rs.9300 – 34800 + GP 4800
Qualifications: (i) Any Graduate (ii) A pass in Account test for sub-ordinate officer, part-I. (iii) Typewriting Higher grade in English and Tamil (iv) Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized institution.
Age: Should not have completed 35 years.
5. Assistant cum Computer Operator – 8 Posts
Pay: Rs.5200 – 20200 + GP 2200
Qualifications: (i) Any degree (Degree in B.Sc. Computer Science / B.C.A. desirable) (ii) Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized institution. (iii) Desirable Experience: Experience of working in Computer based technologies.
Age: Should not have completed 35 years.
6. Personal Clerk to Vice-Chancellor - 1 Post
Pay: Rs.5200 – 20200 + GP 2200
Qualifications: (i) Any Degree (ii) English and Tamil – Higher Grade Typewriting (iii) PG Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized institution.
Age: Should not have completed 35 years.
7. Lab Technician – 4 Posts
Pay: Rs.5200 – 20200 + GP 2200
Qualification: (i) Graduate in the discipline concerned. (ii) Desirable: Experience in the laboratory of any Educational Institution.
Age: should not have completed 35 years.
8. System Administrator – 1 Post
Pay: Rs.9300 – 34800 + GP 4400
Qualifications: (i) B.E. (Computer Science / Electronics) / M.C.A. / M.Sc. Computer Science with First Class. (ii) Experience as Programmer for not less than two years. (iii) Knowledge in Visual Basic, Oracle & Web Tech. with 2 yrs. Experience.
