Applications are invited for the following positions in the Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (CIMAP) as given below:
1.Technician Group-II(1) - 1 post
Pay Band : Rs. 5200 – 20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 1900/-
Qualification: SSC/10th standard with 50% marks in aggregate and ITI Certificate in Masonary work OR SSSC/HSC/12th with relevant technical subjects with a min. of 60% marks in aggregate.
Age limit: Upto 28 years.
2.Technician Group-II(1) – 1 post
Pay Band: Rs. 5200 – 20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-
Qualification: SSC/10th standard with 50% marks in aggregate and ITI Certificate in Automobiles trade OR SSSC/HSC/12th with relevant technical subjects with a min. of 60% marks in aggregate.
Age limit: Upto 28 years.
3. Scientist- B Group IV (1) (Statistics and Computer Application) – 1 post
Pay Band: Rs. 15,600 – 39100 with Grade Pay of ‘Rs.5400
Qualification : First class MCA or M.Sc. in the field of Biological/ Life Sciences or Agriculture with specialization in the field of statistics/ biometrics/ population biology/ computer application in biological/ agriculture research or Ph.D. in any of the above areas.
Age limit: 35 years
4. Scientist- B Group IV (1) (Project Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation) - One post
Pay Band: Rs. 15,600 – 39100 with Grade Pay of ‘Rs.5400
Qualifications: First class M.Sc. Agriculture/ Plant Science or Ph.D. in one of these fields.
Age limit : 35 years
5. Jr. Technical Assistant Group-III(1) - one post
Pay Band: Rs. 9300 – 34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200
Qualification : Ist class B.Sc. or its equivalent.
Age limit: Upto 28 years.
6. Jr. Technical Assistant Group-III(1) - one post
Pay Band : Rs. 9300 – 34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200
Qualification : Ist class B.Sc. or its equivalent
Age limit : Upto 28 years.
7.Technician Group-II(1) - one post
Pay Band: Rs. 5200 – 20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 1900/-

8.Technician Group-II(1) - one post
Pay band: Rs. 5200 – 20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 1900
Qualification: SSC/10th standard with 50% marks in aggregate and ITI Certificate in Carpentary OR SSSC/ HSC /12th with relevant technical subjects with a min. of 60% marks in aggregate
Age limit: Upto 28 years.
9. Scientist-B Group IV (1) (Entomology) - One post
Pay Band: Rs. 15,600 – 39100 with Grade Pay of ‘Rs.5400 (Reserved for OBC candidate)
Qualification : First class M.Sc. (Agriculture) Entomology / Zoology-Entomology with Ph.D.
Age limit: 35 years
10. Scientist-B Group IV(1) (Computational Biology/ Bioinformatics) - 1 post
Pay Band-: Rs. 15,600 – 39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.5400
Qualifications: First class M.Sc. in Biological Sciences with Ph.D.
Age limit : 35 years
11. Jr. Technical Assistant Group-III(1) - one post
Pay band: Rs. 9300 – 34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- (Unreserved).
Qualification: Ist class Diploma in Electrical Engineering of three years full time duration or its equivalent.
