1. Chair Professors - 2 Posts
Pay: As per UGC norms
Qualifications: i). Current full-time regular faculty member at a University / College affiliated to a University at the rank of Professor or Associate Professor with atleast 8 years experience as Associate Professor; and ii). Acknowledged internationally as leader in the area of Early Childhood Education. The scholastic leadership should be documented by achievements such as notable contributions to research published in leading journals and/or books, accomplishments widely recognized for excellence, prestigious academic awards and honours, and citations; and iii). Having demonstrated significant leadership in raising the standards of teaching, research and extension in the area of Early Childhood Education
2. Readers (Associate Professors) – 3 Posts
Pay: as per UGC norms
Qualifications: i). Good academic record with a Ph D degree in Child Development / Education / Community Health or allied disciplines. ii). 55% of the marks or a relevant grade regarded as equivalent to 55% wherever grading system is followed at the Masters degree level; iii). A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and / or of research in a regular position equivalent to that of a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in a University / College or Accredited Research Institution with evidence of published work with a minimum of 5 publications as books and / or research /policy papers in indexed / ISBN / ISSN numbered journals and as ISBN / ISSN numbered books; iv). Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology-mediated teaching learning process with evidence of having guided doctoral candidates and research students.
3. Lecturers (Assistant Professors) - 3 Posts
Pay: as per UGC norms
Qualifications: i). Good academic record with atleast 55% of the marks or equivalent grade where grading system is practiced at the Masters degree level in the relevant subject (Social Work, Psychology and Nutrition) from an Indian University , or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University; ii). Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC;iii). Exemptions to clause 2 above as notified by the UGC from time to time shall apply.
4. Statistical Assistant - 1 Post
Pay: Rs 25,000 consolidated
Qualifications: i). Good academic record with atleast 55% of the marks or equivalent grade where grading system is practiced at the Masters Degree level in the relevant subject (Statistics or Mathematics) from an Indian University. ii). Atleast two years experience of working in the area of research in a large organisation
5. Communications Assistant – 1 Post
Pay: Rs 25,000 consolidated
Qualifications: i). Good academic record with atleast 55% of the marks or equivalent grade where grading system is practiced at the Masters Degree level in the relevant subject (Communication) Or Graduate in any discipline with atleast two years experience of working in the area of development of IEC material, Programme communication etc in a large organisation.
6. Assistant- Capacity Building – 1 Post
Pay: Rs 25,000 consolidated
Qualifications: i). Good academic record with atleast 55% of the marks or equivalent grade where grading system is practiced at the Masters Degree level in the relevant subject (Social Work, Psychology, Home Science, Nutrition) Or Graduate in any discipline with atleast two years experience of working in the development of Capacity Building Programmes and Materials, Conduct and Management of Trainings etc.
7. Research Assistants - 2 Posts
Pay: Rs 25,000 Consolidated
Qualifications: i). Good academic record with atleast 55% of the marks or equivalent grade where grading system is practiced at the Masters Degree level in the relevant subject ( Home Science, Nutrition, Social Work, Psychology)
8. Accounts Officer - 1 Post
Pay: Rs 25,000 consolidated
Qualifications: i).Post-Graduate in Commerce.ii). Knowledge of Accounts and Filing. iii). Knowledge of Computers and accounting packages.
9. Administrative Assistant (Accounts) - 1 Post
