1. Company Secretary in SMG Scale V
Age: Not exceeding 45 years
Qualification: First class graduate with ACS from Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience of working as a company secretary in a Public sector undertaking or reputed corporate body.
Scales of Pay: The candidate shall be appointed on regular basis in SMG Scale V and the Scale of Pay for which is Rs. 36,200-1000/2-1100/2. The total emoluments at the start of the Scale shall be Rs. 54,000/- approx. + usual perks & benefits at Mumbai.
